Say it with me now.
I am a marathoner. I run four times a week and I never miss a run. I enjoy running. I never get tired. Up the hill then down the hill; easy strides the whole way through. My feet are light like feathers, watch how they glide. Hear them tap the tar, before they take off and fly again. They are fit as a fiddle. My whole body is. I am in the best shape of my life.My middle name is NRG and I am full of it.
This book is something else... If I repeat the above paragraph enough times, not only will my mind start believing it, my body, supposedly, will transform and become what my mind believes it is.... ha! This is me not being skeptical... lol!
How many exactly is enough times?

Enough times? How about NEVER!
I tried the marathon thing and believe me... those are five tiring hours of my life I will never get back.
Ur true. Change your attitude to reflect the truth; you can make it. You can run, daily, you can climb up and downhill. It is possible.
Am doing it myself
Hehehehehe! Here I was ready to congratulate the marathoner in you, only to find out it was a mantra from a book!
Don't listen to the bad advise from above:-)
You need to repeat that mantra as you train, not when sat on the kiti!
@Kid - Thot u were a divorce lawyer n not the devil's advocate. Or are they one and the same?
@Joy Thanks man, I'll keep that in mind. You'll be my silent partner. Hopefully it works as well here as it does in business:)
@Mama You can still congratulate me, but if you want to wait then save it for Nov 22. That's when I run my 1st.
@FG LOL! You had to go there. Well, I am repeating it right now as I sit on my bed immobilized by the pain from running jana:) "I am a marathoner. I feel no pain..."
I can assure you it gets better by the day. Do your thing everyday, and repeat the mantra 10 times a day and Nov 22 will be your day.
That's a good mantra if I ever heard one. It's mostly psychological, they say.
Hang in there, man. Maybe I'll catch you on TV in the Boston Marathon someday, while sitting on the couch. lol!
I almost thought I was on the wrong blog. Then I read on....
Run bro, run.
