What are you doing for New Year's Eve?

That question, along with, 'Are you ready with your New Year resolutions' has been asked constantly of me this last week.

Well, I think I will skip resolutions this time around.... O.K... maybe that is too rash. How about I resolve to not make any resolutions other than this one. O.K. Done.

As for what I'm doing tonight... well, one thing I won't be doing for sure is making resolutions... see above. Other than that, anything goes. Hopefully I stay sober long enough to celebrate the dropping of the ball, and with luck history does not repeat itself and find me in bed with a man with a gun.

What are (did) you do(ing) for New Year's Eve?

Happy new year KK. To answer your question about New Years eve, I watched Michael Jackson's 30th anniversary show, then I tuned in to watch live parties in Nairobi on TV. Binged on peanut butter sandwiches, danced the night till about 3.00 a.m. then crashed infront of the TV as Nicholas Cage was doing his thing on Con Air. I woke up very early and started watching Leverage.

Seems that TV will be featuring very prominently in my life in 2010. All in all, a brilliant night was had by all (at my house).

I never make any resolutions, I find it to be such a strange practice.

I was with family - close and extended. A huge bonfire and a dead animal were involved. And lots of fun.

Happy new year KK.

Stayed up till 6 that night. Good times.

Resolutions? One - to never again make resolutions. Tomorrow's not promised today, like Luda always says.
